Katarzyna Zmudzki is a tech-savvy businesswoman with a diverse career background. She manages all legal, accounting, financial and other general operations of Falls Church Tech Support and its parent company, Żmudzki Consulting LLC. Before joining Żmudzki Consulting, Katarzyna gained significant experience working as a manager at Hotel Washington and the restaurant chain Le Pain Quotidien, among others. Like Marcin Żmudzki, she used to run her own firm. In addition to her business management skills, Katarzyna has a knack for things technical. She enjoys configuring Apple products and services, including Macs, iPads, iPhones and iCloud, but she is also comfortable with troubleshooting Windows computers. Katarzyna can perform typical workstation administration tasks such as operating system upgrades, installations of new software applications and hardware peripherals, antivirus and backup setup, cloud storage synchronization and secure data erasure. She is a power user of iPads and iPhones, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), but is also familiar with Google Apps and Apple’s new iWork productivity suite. While contributing to Falls Church Tech Support, Katarzyna continues to be professionally active in other fields, including teaching Polish at nearby schools which are contractors to the federal government.
Katarzyna immigrated to the United States from Poland, where she completed undergraduate studies at the University of Warmia and Mazury. Her hobbies include fixing things on her own, healthy cooking, watching films and occasionally designing her own jewelry. Some of her jewelry pieces were sold on Etsy.com while others found their owners through a boutique in Arlington. A fashion boutique in California even purchased one of Katarzyna’s jewelry designs, with rights to produce duplicates. Last but not least, Katarzyna is a devoted mother of two children, both of whom have graduated from George Mason High School in Falls Church.
